Just went for CNY 2026. The food was delicious and traditional flavours! The roast duck was very tender and meaty (not too bony) and cooked well with traditional flavours, the crispy chicken was crispy and also delicious and traditional. Baby bok choy was fine - no complaints. Really nice beef noodles - beef was very tender. On top of that, the service was top notch - highly attentive and pleasant. Also, very attentive to allergy requirements. Explained every thing very well. The portions are relatively small (not size of the same traditional Cantonese restaurants dishes) and on the pricier side. But you get what you pay for. So I would recommend and go again.
Queen Chow Enmore absolutely delivers on flavour, atmosphere, and service. Every dish we tried was perfectly executed and full of personality. We started with the prawn toast with chilli mayo – golden, crunchy, and generously topped, with just the right kick of spice. The chicken and potato spring rolls were a surprise hit – crisp on the outside, soft and comforting inside, like the best version of a classic. The burrata with Chinkiang vinegar, crispy chilli, and Chinese fried bread was honestly life-changing — a mix of creamy, tangy, and crunchy that worked in the most unexpected way. Huge shout-out to our waiter for recommending it — absolute legend! The salt ‘n’ pepper squid was spot-on: tender, lightly battered, and bursting with flavour. To finish, the Singapore noodles tied everything together – a perfect balance of curry, char siu, prawns, and egg that felt both nostalgic and elevated. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, striking that rare balance between being friendly and genuinely professional. It’s clear that everyone here takes pride in the experience they deliver. Queen Chow Enmore is one of those places where every dish feels thoughtful and every detail is done right. Highly recommend for anyone who loves modern Chinese with a creative twist.
Very trendy Asian restaurant in the heart of Enmore. Very close to the theatre. Nice vibe. Food was great - super tasty, good flavours. Dishes on the small side and prices on the higher side for this type of food. Service was excellent
Great spot for elevated Cantonese food. The roast duck was rich and perfectly cooked, prawns with noodles had amazing wok flavor, and the beef tartare with egg yolk was a standout twist. Salt & pepper squid and cucumber salad were great sides to balance the meal. Stylish setting, good service Queen Chow never disappoints.
This place is SO underrated. If you haven't been, you've gotta go. The restaurant itself is a stunning place. It's like a little garden terrace that glows in the day, and peaceful by night. The food fills you up and I've never ordered a bad dish here. I had special lobster dumplings for lunar new year on my last visit and they transported me to another planet. So delicious. What truly makes this place beautiful is the staff. Every time I go here without fail, I am met with the most delightful, welcoming, and charismatic staff who genuinely make you feel like you belong. They all deserve a pay rise.
It's a beautiful, fancy spot. And it's got a great reputation. Lovely, quirky decorations and definitely a spot to impress a date. Nice cocktails. But if you want amazing Chinese food, head somewhere else. Queen Chow has a spendy price tag for dishes that are good... But like, just normal food.
Have been to Queen Chow several times and the food and service has always been spot on. Located inside The Queens on Enmore Rd, there is plenty of seating upstairs (with an elevator) and a few dining tables in front of the kitchen downstairs. The cuisine is Cantonese and is super tasty. Serving sizes are decent and there are 2 dinner banquets to choose from ($98 and $118). We've only had the dinner banquet once but have found ordering a number of plates from the main menu the way to go.... more variety. On weekends, a $65 lunch banquet is available Friday to Sunday. The food is a little bit pricey for what it is but the flavours are amazing! Cocktails are delicious, staff are super friendly and attentive. The décor is stunning. Polished wood, quirky decorations and a beautiful bar in the main area. Definitely worth a visit and if you arrive early for your booking, there’s a bar downstairs for a bevvie or two beforehand.
The food was delicious. The eggplant curry was full of flavour. Love the ambience. I thought the service was excellent. My friend requires gluten free meals. Our server navigated my friend through the menu with professional ease, cutting her usual extended ordering time in half (much appreciated by me). Look forward to returning soon.
